Absolutely great service. I took my daughter's laptop to Watford Mobiles & Laptop Repairs, and Nick did a great job with it. There were quite a few things wrong with the laptop and Nick fixed all of them. Now, it is like having a brand new laptop. The price was very good, the staff is friendly and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Watford Mobiles & Laptop Repairs.

Was very happy to be able to book a timeslot within one hour of my phone completely packing up. The staff were expecting me and took the time to explain in layman's terms the process of replacing my screen, emphasising it was the genuine manufacturer's glass, but also explained the risks etc. My phone was ready within the hour and is in perfect working order. Very Impressed; albeit the service isn't the cheapest. At the end of the day, it was worth every penny. I visited the Watford Branch 5th July 2021.

Was able to fix my laptop screen on Xmas Eve at 4:30pm (even though the shop shut at 4pm) and at very short notice, charged me just £67 and had it done within 20 minutes of me arriving. Only a couple of days earlier I enquired about getting it fixed in PC World/Currys and they quoted me approx £150 and said it would take about a week to fix as it had to be sent away but may even take longer as it was Xmas time etc... So all in all it was done at less than half the price they quoted and in a fraction of the time, highly recommend and not only great customer service but a great service overall!
