Wow, just wow. Walked in, greeted with great customer service, and the O2 Guru definitely knew what he was doing - which is always a good thing. Any problems with your phone, go there!

Excellent service from the staff at the O2 woking store. Can't say the same about the O2 telephone customer service and network unfortunately.

Visited there specifically to speak with their Guru, who had previously managed my local branch. I had upgraded my phone, but was unable successfully to transfer data to the new phone. Leon spent much time with me, and resolved most of my problem. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very happy to repeat things for me. A good store with an excellent manager.

Walked in, ready to buy a new PAYG sim for my spare old iPhone 5 (when my iPhone 6 Plus got bricked) and they instantly advised just switching the current SIM - I didn't realise it was the same size *doh*. They did it there and then and advised I see Apple to fix my 6 Plus. Quick, honest and painless advice and service :-)
