p. a.I had to get a screen replaced on a 6 year old Samsung phone as some of the data wasn't backed up and the phone couldn't be accessed without accepting prompts on the screen. Vibe came the day after I called them, completed the repair in under 20 minutes and the phone is operational again and all data retrieved (and now backed up!).
I was thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and the work they did. Would definitely recommend them. I've always gone to Samsung in the past, no need to do that anymore!
