Popped in to pick up a new phone with my partner. The team added a 20% discount to her contract. They also checked my sim only and managed to reduce the cost with a new sim only contract saving over £110 a year.

Had a problem was very angry about it I’ll be honest, and I came in angry, but the staff were so helpful and quick and instantly solved my problem. Probably the best customer service from any phone shop I’ve ever visited. Would rate 6 stars if I could!

Came in on Saturday with my daughter, who was mis sold a bolt on to Egypt. After over 30 minutes on the phone to Customer service, she finally got her refund. I want to say a big thankyou to Kieron and Gary for all your help.

Both me and my mum were with EE for a few years, I wanted to upgrade to a new phone a few weeks back, after being unimpressed with the offers EE were offering to us we randomly walked in here just to look, from the second we walked in staff were very friendly and helpful. We were passed over to Rich, who broke down all the options for taking out a new contract based on what I currently had then and what I wanted, as a student he also told me the benefits of having a contract with 02 with a monthly discount. My mum also started a contract that day with 02 but was not sure on the type of samsung phone she wanted, Rich once again explained the various samsung models and the different features. I don't think my mum would have bought a new phone if it wasn't for Rich's high standard of customer service when I was buying my phone. Overall I had a really good experience here that I cannot fault and I am beyond happy with the service I received.
