nice people staff are lovely my only "Critique" would be the people who actually go there ignore you not one person even said hello to me after the service i walked out the door having no one spoken to me from the congregation another complaint of mine was being dragged by a staff member for a "private chat" because i was not wearing a mask and the previous week as member of the congregation had complained i had walked in the previous week wearing one then took it off as i find it hard to breath so instead of this person approaching me directly they moaned to the staff member about it who then nabbed me tonight about it very petty and very sad of the congregation member to do so this and the lack of welcome from congregation members has put me off visiting how can you sit in a room full of 100 people roughly and feel so alone i walked out the door in tears as i felt unwelcome

So I visited here today after visiting about 8 years back and putting up a bad review. Today I had a different experience as I was invited and offered a lift by one of the members who was lovely. First time I met them. One thing I have learnt is not to misjudge situations. I did this about many churches. But one thing I have learnt nobody including myself is 100% perfect. So I apologise for that. But today I met some wonderful people like myself probably have their flaws and faults but learning from the Lord in be in obedience with him.

I honestly judged this church for an experience I had with Camp Sonshine Portugal. I’ve come to the realisation it was nothing to do with the church, infact it was just Glenn Bowden holding a grudge on myself for being pictured in a club. I believe christians can socialise and have a drink but this wasn’t okay in their eyes. Portugal holds a camp for fortunate children who get paid through life and use their social media power to show the very few children who attend the camp who are unfortunate. They accuses normal people he doesn’t know on stupid things, and has no interest in you unless you unless he knows you from when he worked at this church. Honestly, if you ever consider being a leader at Portugal or even sending your kid to it, I wouldn’t, unless you want to be treated like an outcast for the 1,2 or 3 weeks you’re there. Thanks Mr Bowden, you’re work is truly a reflection of how a prejudice/bigoted person works. For what they do for the youth such as keeping them off the streets during the 12th and on Saturday and Friday nights, I think they’re doing a good job and majority of children enjoy The activities they hold. I’ve distanced from my faith from an incident which had happened in Portugal, although I would enjoy to get back into the spirit. I would help with the youth and kids activities although it hasn’t been offered to myself in a long time.
