Matt has done an amazing job. He took a neglected old piece of willow with a broken handle and has given it a new lease of life. I'm thrilled with the results and genuinely feel like the work was done with more care and at a lower price than if I had taken it to one of the bigger names. I can't believe it's the same bat, but it definitely is!

After Church cricket had confirmed they would custom make a bat I didn't know what to expect. Matthew was in contact early on to discuss pick up, shape, weight and middle. He shared photos and ideas with me before progressing and went to good lengths to make sure everything I wanted was accounted for. The aftercare for the bat has been really important and I was given bat wax to help with this. I'd definitely recommend Church cricket for custom made bats and repairs, very transparent, fair prices and a great service

Fantastic service from Matt on both my sons and my own bat. My bat had some weight taken off it as Chris Gayle would have struggled with it and it is superb. Very efficient and I have recommended to any one who will listen.

Sent my Mongoose bat to be refurbished and feel like I've been sent the wrong bat back. The goose is about 10 years old and I've used it every game and felt I was sending it off to be the end but it's BACK and looks as good as new. I can't believe it's the same bat.
