Survivor Church by Alexander Greek Thompson, open to public on Tuesdays lunchtime. Very friendly and welcoming people.

I worshipped here on Sunday morning, 8th August 2021. Booking in due to covid was very straightforward. The pastor was on holiday but we had what I assume was an elder preach. We sang two hymns and two Psalms. The sermon was on the Great Commission and was 40 minutes long. It was an excellent service and the people are very friendly. Highly recommended, I will be back very soon!

(Translated) Building designed by one of the most famous Glasgow architects Alexander Thomson. Only one of four churches designed by Thomson survived. Thomson was a Christian who used his talents to design one of the most extraordinary buildings. In the 1960s it was purchased by the Glasgow Corporation and is now owned by the Glasgow City Council. Since 1971 it has been rented and has proved to be an ideal place to meet. Beautiful building. (Original) Edificio progettato da uno dei più famosi architetti di Glasgow Alexander Thomson. Unica di quattro chiese progettate da Thomson sopravvissuta. Thomson era un cristiano che ha utilizzato i suoi talenti x progettare uno degli edifici più straordinari. Negli anni 60 fu acquistato dalla Glasgow Corporation ed è ora di proprietà del Consiglio Comunale di Glasgow. Dal 1971 viene affittata e si è rivelato un luogo ideale dove riunirsi. Bellissimo edificio.
