St Francis Church is now the main place of worship in the parish of St Wilfred, which comprises four former parishes. They were: St Francis of Assisi, Holy Trinity, St Bernadette's and St Austin's.
St Francis' is a beautiful church and Masses are well attended.
I have added some photos and videos of the Corpus Christi procession on 23rd June 2019. It was wonderful to see it well attended. It was a great demonstration of devotion in a traditional manner, followed by a lovely party for adults and children alike, with complimentary food and drink... and a bouncy castle!

Update: The high Mass on Christmas Day was inspirational. I have added a couple of pictures of the altar.
M. G.My family have worshipped at St Francis for four generations. It's a very beautiful place. It's still a busy Parish and is the heart of the Roman Catholic community for the surrounding area. You'll find a very warm welcome from Father Joe and the congregation should you visit there to attend Mass. Although I no longer live in the area so dont get to visit myself as often as I'd like, whenever I'm in Garston I try to attend Mass if I can.
