I was fortunate enough to spend 3 years with these guys and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I only left due to the fact that I moved away otherwise I would still be going.
Even if you're not a confident singer, learning barbershop will find your strengths and with Pippa Goodall as Musical Director, she knows how to get the best out of the Chorus.
"Singing out" is so much fun (especially at convention where you get to sing in front of 2000 people) and I have had the privilege to perform around the UK and at top events including the London Marathon. The odd trip to the pub is always a highlight ;o)
Go and give it ago - you won't regret it!

I have been singing with this chorus for 12 years, driving over from Finchley (North London) every week to rehearse - well worth the half-hour car journey! The chorus is so welcoming and friendly, and you are able to make fast progress learning your part using "teach tracks" , or sheet music if you are able to read music. It is great to hear the barbershop harmonies all around you, where the sound appears to be more than the sum of its four parts. We welcome visitors on a Monday night who want to just try it to hear for themselves - no experience necessary.

These guys were my introduction to Barbershop. Welcoming from the word go and they made singing fun too. After 8 years I'm still enjoying singing with Capital Chorus almost every week.

A wonderful, fun loving, group of guys who love to entertain and perform to the highest standard. I saw them at The London Marathon, and they were brilliant.
