G. P.People should be greatful that there’s such a place as cheerful, welcoming and dynamic as this church. The crowd is colorful from all walks of life, faiths, ages. The members are very welcoming, helpful, and the service is phenomenal. There’s a security check at entry and I’m glad they have it as it is a big theater and they welcome anybody without discrimination, so it’s for everybody’s protection as there are evil people out there. Thank you Hillsong Church!

D. W.We haven't been for a while but having visited here numerous times when in the area I can only say how awesome the experience is.
Generally, Hillsongs has played such an important part of my life, particularly Darlene Zschech whom I have followed for many years. Her latest album ''I am here, send me' and DVD are so inspiring. She is the most annointed Worship leader in the world and the foundation of Hillsongs.
Obviously the Sunday service is held in the theatre that hosts 'We will rock you' so it's not your typical building but the set up just lends itself wonderfully to worship.
The tiered seating means you get a good view from wherever you are and the Worship band are terrific.
The media and sound are amazing.
Aside from all this, the teaching and ministry is spot on and everyone makes you feel welcome in a very busy and diverse part of town.
It's just outside the Tube station so really easy to find
Don't miss this! God is there!

D.Despite being a mega church, this church emphasise on the importance of smaller groups to socialise and help each other or as they call it "doing life together" in the hustle and bustle of London, we do really need each other. It can be tough. Lovely people all around.

A. A.Hillsong church is Christ-centred. Everyone is welcome without judgement. I have seen hippies, drug addicts, people of other faiths eg. hijabis, alcoholics, the homeless (just by observing what goes on) being welcome and worshipping God in here. The music is amazing and the lead pastors deliver great sermons mostly teaching on life, especially serving others and loving others like Christ did. If you are "religious" like wanting church goers to dress a certain way, against saved Christians having tattoos, believe that "going to hell if you do xyz" should be the constant message from the pulpit, believe you are better than others because you hit the mark in your own eyes and keep all commandments, want the church to be full of perfect people, then Hillsong isn't for you. Hillsong preaches Christ and loving the imperfect the way God did by sending His only son to die for us all while we were yet sinners and believe only God's overwhelming love can change people from the inside out. I have been changed by Hillsong and love Hillsong! They need a branch in ESSEX please!!!

O. B.I may be a former christian now agnostic person but this church could possibly be the right church for people who have had terrible shite experiences with churches. I felt the music was outstanding. To me it doesn't feel like a church, it was more of a concert vibe and i think this is good. Despite when i first entered i felt so uncomfortable, i started enjoying this wack environment slowly however the preaching was messed up and disagreed virtually everything it was said. Having said that, I will be visiting more of this 'church' even though i'm an agnostic. I bet an atheist would love this church too hahaha lol.

You will aways be welcomed with a smile and it is here that you will truly feel the Spirit move. I am from a different denomination where Hillsong is sometimes viewed as not the best, but I can fully say that in my life of Christianity, I have never felt more alive than when experiencing the ministry that Hillsong gives. H. O.I really wanted to join and volunteer at Hillsong not just to help but to belong and be part of a spiritual family. I long for it.
I tried production team before but I got tired of chasing leaders not responding and I switch to kids ministry had my trainings but I chased leaders in their as well following up weeks and weeks to no avail what would be the next steps(it was the DBS so I guess their process takes longer so this is not their fault) so i decided to come back and follow up with the production team again but same thing happened again.. i just chased the leaders again to ask details and send messages to them but I got minimal to seldom replies.
It’s hard for people starting like me to chase leaders in the church to include me in their team. To be part of the family. I thought it would be the opposite around, we’re attracting people to God and being vigilant especially for one soul that showed interest to be part of your family. I hope not everyone’s too preoccupied with church activities that leaders forget to cater souls to God :(
