Received absolutely excellent service on choosing a Christmas tree from the staff at Pines and Needles yesterday evening. They worked to find exactly what she wanted - a not too tall tree, that is 'chunky' with verdant, dense branches. I have never seen my partner so happy with a Christmas tree after getting it home and letting the branches drop. It was exactly what she wanted - perfect for lights twinkling deeply hidden in the greenery.

Absolutely delighted with my Christmas tree from Pines and Needles and received 5* brilliant service from Ilyan. I must have been back about 3 times to scan the trees over the course of the week and was never hassled or put under pressure - just given great honest advice. Ilyan eventually found me the perfect tree from the depths of his storage area after looking at quite a few! He listened to my wishes, was very patient and his advice was absolutely spot on! He was also kind enough to offer to help me take it home, but with some carrying tips - I managed to lug it back myself! Thank you so much Ilyan - will be back next time for sure!

Great tree and delivered too! My only critique is I wanted one of the value Nordman trees and the man helping said they only had the one in 6ft after he went to their storage in the back. Not sure if he was still trying to upgrade me or that this was true. I'm going with he wanted me to buy a more expensive tree. I didn't.

All I can say is me and my wife Terrie finally decided to xmas tree shopping and she mentioned to me about pines and needles. We drove straight after work and found the store very easily as it's right next to the church opposite the McDonalds. We got approached by a very polite and a jolly person called Daniel, he was such a brilliant person to deal with as he made our xmas tree shopping so much fun and the best thing about it we found the tree which would be perfect for us and baught it.
