Love this store! All of the staff here are always so friendly and helpful every time I've visited. Easily one of the BEST shops to go to in Manchester. When we visited today, I didn't catch the young lady's name who served us but she was wonderful! If you're thinking of visiting this shop or trying Bird & Blend Tea just do it!

Went to Bird and Blend in Manchester this morning and had a great experience. Liam was fantastic and showed my partner how to use her matcha powders at home and in the process converted me to liking matcha. Josh was great at helping us pick out a few flavours to try and recommending his favourites. These guys were really knowledgeable and passionate about tea and made sure we had the best experience you could ask for when you walk into a shop.

Bird & Blend never disappoints. I'm a huge fan of them as a company and of what they do, and visiting the Manchester store I was met with a warm welcome and great vibes! Josh recommended matcha lemonade which was a great choice, and I went back for some mermaid matcha the next day. I usually have a reusable cup, but it's okay as B&B cups are all biodegradable! Absolute win.

An nice place to sit and enjoy tea. I had a chance to see smell the tea before hand but was disappointed by the tea and it's delivery. I was hoping it will come in a tea pot or something similar, that way you can make it as you like. The tea was weak and lacked flavour.

Beautiful cosy tea shop to stop by on a rainy day to warm up your body and take a relaxing break Manchester's city centre. They have created a welcoming environment where you can choose in between more than 30 own blends of tea. The staff are simply lovely and they have a rescued dog who will melt your heart. My friend and I went in around 4pm for a brew. I had a large lavender earl grey with coconut milk and honey, which was rather delicious and only cost £2.40. Of course, I went back after that. They always have samples of tea going on for free to help you decide. If you fall in love with one of their exclusive blends, you can purchase it in 3 different amounts. Seriously, it's worth a try. I have personally become a regular on Sundays. Enjoy your cuppa!

Best tea shop in Manchester. Every time I visit, there's tons of new free samples to try and the friendly staff are always happy to explain a type of tea you haven't heard of, or let you smell it before you buy. They also have a small café where you can order some of their teas with different milks (including veggie/vegan options) and their cups are biodegradable! I consistently bring my friends with me to give the shop a go and they always leave with a little taster pouch of tea for as cheap as £3.20. Sometimes there's even a dog to pet! Definitely worth checking out even if you're not a massive tea drinker as they do herbals and fruit teas as well.

Discovered this quirky little place today after walking past it twice everyday during the week and never clicking on to what it actually was. Visited midday with my sister on Saturday and we had such a lovely time. The staff here were so kind and friendly (and patient, I can never make my mind up -I'm sorry haha!) I can't remember any names but thankyou to the lovely lady and gentleman that helped us with our tea selection and made our hot drinks! We went for apple strudel, snowball and nuts about you and then sat in and had a gingerbread chai mega latte and a snowball mega latte which were nothing short of INCREDIBLE. It was so nice to have dairy free options that tasted and looked so good! Fingers crossed a branch will open in the Midlands!!! :D

I am totally obsessed with this place and their peach cobbler latte. Yum🍑 They have a huge selection of teas both loose leaves or bags. My fave are peach cobbler ( ça va sans dire), birthday cake and mojitea. They organise monthly workshops and you can subscribe to the teaclub and get delivered to your doorstep three different teas for £7.95. It is a tea shop but they have a small corner where you can stay in and enjoy a cuppa. Definitely my cup of tea☕️

I've been buying teas online from B&B for long time, but now we finally visited Manchester, and of course I had to visit the Manchester shop! And it was lovely. The whole place has very cozy and welcoming feel, and even though they had clearly been very busy the team greeted us happily and enthusiastically. It was great talking to them all, but especially Jill stayed in my mind as she very kindly pulled tin after tin of teas down for me to smell and made recommendations based on what I knew I like. I will definitely visit again, even if we do not live very close at all. I also love how all the materials used by B&B are recyclable. Only small thing that I wanted to mention was that it got very chilly since the door was kept open, and I can't imagine it was very good for energy bill either.

Amazing range of teas. I don't normally drink fruit teas as they can taste bland. However, the fruit teas from here are the best I've ever had and the other teas are of the same quality. Short review: 👌👌👌 In depth review: This tea room is gorgeous. This company is phenomenal in it's welcoming atmosphere and high quality tea blends. They have a huge variety of drinks with a special mention to their Kung flu fighter which really helped me and my friend this month with our colds. The loose leaf tea is an aesthetic and I'm excited to buy some of their gift sets for presents that are effortlessly beautiful, sustainable and healthy. They also have a commendable level of dedication to charity work and refining their eco friendly initiatives. I would definitely recommend going in and giving this lovely company some support and well owed recognition. Special thanks to the staff that offered me ibuprofen, you're a uterus saver!

Every time I come to Manchester I seem to wander into Bird & Blend and today was no exception. I ❤ the fact theres a place specifically designed for tea drinkers (as I'm not a coffee lover at all). Bird & Blend in Manchester is a lovely little place with a huge selection of teas to try. The staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. It's great that you can also purchase teas to take away with you from the shop aswell as online direct from them. Were beginning to look like a mini Bird & Blend at home in our kitchen - their tea tastes that good. I have tasted many a great tea ranging from the new house blend, great British cuppa, Hazelnut Rocher, Purple Rain (Parma violet tea), fairy dust & one of my favourites the Carrot Cake tea. Thoroughly recommended Bird & Blend to any tea drinker, I know I'll certainly be returning next time I'm in Manchester.

Been here 3 times so far and each time has been the loveliest experience. Five star customer service! First time I chanced upon this shop was when I was in the Northern Quarters. Tried a sample and loved the Gingerbread chai there! The staff there is very knowledgeable about their teas and there are various interesting selection of teas especially chai teas! Was in a hurry so only bought the small packet of gingerbread chai leaves. Second time I came, was to buy a gift for a friend and more gingerbread chai leaves for myself. Their staff was very patient in explain how their different tea equipment worked, and I ended up purchasing a milk frother in addition to their tea. Third time was today where I bought a ready made cold ice cream matcha, the lady took time to explain how to prepare the child whilst preparing it. And the ice cream matcha was delish! I was a regular customer of Whittards, but can now say I am a tea & bird convert. Will choose tea & bird anytime, taste is much better. However might be a bit more pricey than Whittards. J
