Beautiful church very old 680 AD. Very unusual In side and out. The decorations and design is simplistic but beautiful.

Impressive historic church with history going back nearly 1500 years. naturally it lack some modern amenities. Attended parts of a music festival with music from the last 700 years or so. Nice old village centre with modern house surrounding. Surrounding countryside very pretty.

You'll see an interesting mix of styles and materials used at this church, and it is really old, so that's something to enjoy too. Visit on your bike and you'll have a nice ride downhill when you leave.

Great place to relax and enjoy your time, and the millennium garden is a lovely place to sit for a picnic or just to sit and relax

A historic saxon Church. Well worth a look.

Grew up in this village, but took the church for granted. Set on the North West edge of the village it overlooks rolling fields. The church itself is simple, but calming.
Local Trivia:
1. Walk around the edge of the church outside 3 times on the same steps and legend has it that of you open the church doors you'll see the Black Monk...
2. Look for the Golden "Y" set in to the outside stone work about 10 feet up on opposite corner to the door. No one knows what it symbolises or why it was put there.

Beautiful old church, over 1000 years old. Lovely romanesque architecture and lovely hidden features. The oldest church in Northamptonshire is always worth a visit

The iconic All Saints' Church at Brixworth has much history attached to it due in part to its Saxon connections. Regular Sunday Services accompanied with bell ringing. Wheel-chair accessible, reasonably sized off-road car parking area close to the Church. Toilet facilities can be found at the Heritage centre located on Church St. / Cross Hill junction. The six bells, although heavy in weight are relatively easy to ring and have good tonal qualities. Upper floor ringing area.

We went there for a concert, lovely building. Alas no opportunity to look at it in more detail, will need to pay another visit to have a proper look at this historic building (one of the treasures of Northamptonshire)! Christiaan 👍🙂👌

Saxon and later church with some re-used Roman bits too. The largest surviving Anglo Saxon building in the country. In continuous use since the 7th Century. Free car park by the church.

All Saints' Church, Brixworth, 7th century. Many elements from the original building remain visible, along with later additions from further phases of building in the 10th, 14th and 19th centuries. Situated in the attractive village of Brixworth which makes this an interesting visit for an hour or 2.
