Well worth trying, we have found it so welcoming, non judgemental and inclusive. Both the worship(contempary style) and the preaching is top notch, everything from the welcoming team through to those providing refreshments go out I'd their way to make people feel included. Have been going a few months now and we have found a church we are proud to call home. If you are looking for a Church either as a non Christian or a Christian looking for a Church in Norwich I very much doubt you would be dissapointed.

Proclaimers is an amazing place to go and worship. They are very welcoming, from the parking stewards to the guys at the doors and those mingling prior to the service starting.
We were made to be feel most welcome. The worship time is so uplifting and the word given so rich with teaching.
Thankyou guys for blessing us.
Gordon from Plymouth.

Preaching is good, leadership appears good.
I would attend this church but for one issue.
The praise and worship and start and finish is a choreographed stage production. It is very loud (so loud one is given ear plugs), smoke blown across stage, disco lights, modern dance choreography, and a plastic sounding intro prior to the preach, makes it all a bit tacky and one feels lacks in substance/ christian maturity. One forgets one is in a church and spends more time watching the stage production instead of praising. I had a splitting headache at the end of the service and my ears were ringing.
I hope the leadership takes this on board and does something to attract an older membership too (30's and up), so as to bring some balance , christian maturity, with life experiences of substance to the congregation. A lot of older believers in the area would love to attend a young vibrant church. Older christians who have served in the armed forces, been through life changing hardships and experiences in the 3rd world, serving the Lord in disaster relief and life threatening circumstances. The next generation of believers is missing out on so much experience. My personal opinion is bring a bit more balance to the congregation for the personal growth of the the young and help the older generation understand and learn from the youth too. Bless you.

I love the extended worship times and excellent music.. It enables me to approach God in my own time and do business with Him. It gives me time to surrender my attitudes and realign my perspectives.
Bigger churches with lots of visitors normally follow the 'mega' church model which means less inspired sharing from the body of the church. Leadership leads the meetings. There are opportunities for more intimate sharing through smaller groups during the week and there are also extended times before and after the worship and teaching to connect and communicate.

I have been going to Proclaimers church for coming up 15 years. I love this church! It's a church I can invite my friends to, it's vivant, the teaching is like no other, the worship is powerful and I genuinely believe that lives are being changed each week.

I've been at Proclaimers church for more than a year and a half now and this place has provided me with more growth than 3 years of university combined. The church cares for the community and has an interest in working with other churches. The passion shared by the congregation towards church and the city is evident of the things done at Proclaimers.

A wonderful church and community. Amazing, modern worship, no boring bits, and outstanding speakers who bring impactful and applicable messages week after week. Welcoming to everyone- regardless of faith. I couldn't think of a better place to be on a Sunday!
