Reviews of St Peter Mancroft

This is a beautiful church to visit and a calm oasis in the centre of the city. My recent visit was to see Gaia globe and it was magical and awe inspiring. The only downside was that it was tremendously busy.

Absolutely gorgeous place to visit! Free of charge, definitely worth a visit. Well maintained church with a lot of history!

Great church in Central Norwich for those wondering like I was the church is dedicated to St Peter and St Paul the Mancroft means great or main field the Reredos is fantasic and was designed by JP Seddon in 1884 and guilded and coloured by Sir Ninian Comper the four figures at the bottom are Saints Augustine Columba Felix and Albanus at the top the apostles and a few others Comper also done the Reredos at Wymondham Abbey

Absolutely lovely cathedral. Nice church official who gave a brief history of Norwich. Quiet, free entry, very large and right beside the market

GAIA is there and looks fantastic. Get there early when there are not too many people there and watch it rotate. We'll worth a visit.

It is a medieval church where you may go to listen to organ concerts and to see other exhibitions.

St Peter Mancroft is a fine church for a fine city, visibly beautiful and internally welcoming. An example of Norwich's rich and vast heritage. You couldn't miss it.
