Z. D.I love KingsGate Community church and am really happy to say that this is my church family. Despite being a large church I have found that being part of a Life Group has helped me feel 'known' within the larger congregation. The joy of the big gathering where the sound of worship lifts my heart, the intimacy of the small group where I can share heart and soul. A great place to belong
P. P.Can only comment on its outreach Church in Cambridge (not the 'Head' Church in Peterborough). Good worship and mostly good teaching. However, some of the guest speakers/ preachers are a bit too 'Prosperity' for my liking. ...but their own Staff are great and very Bible based.
R. F.KingsGate was the first church I tried out when I was a student, and years later I haven't left! There is such a warm family feel with great teaching, high quality worship, and plenty of opportunities to get connected and involved.

Negatives for me personally- lay it on a little thick about contributions and that's a form of worship, which being on the fence is... Raising flags for me. Partners religious and she loves the place and keeps telling me to overlook the "money grabbing" side of it, my terminology not hers.
S. A.Loved it! From the welcome to the worship to the word it was great. The church was very friendly and the worship was amazing. There was a lot of diversity in the congregation. The word was easy to follow and very practical. To be honest if I am in Peterborough again, I would definitely visit the church. They gave out ice creams on the day I visited, which was a really nice gesture. Kingsgate is wonderful Church and I would encourage people to pop in and experience it for themselves.

Apart from looking after the members, the church also do a lot of charity work (within and outside U.K.), and also help people in the community who are not members of the church.

A lively and spirit filled congregation who have teaching from the best the Christian world has to offer. amazing youth and children's work and the church impacts the city and region with helpful courses, community outreach, small groups and satellite churches as well as opening their doors as one of the best venues in East anglia.
