P. B.A beautiful church with history. Previously there once stood a Saxon church c971 but was replaced soon after the Norman conquest. A subsequent rebuild in c1150 is the oldest original that can be seen today although a Saxon window was incorporated in the build. Many works on the church continued throughout its life but a substantial rebuild had to be done after it was hit by enemy action in the 2nd World War. Well worth a visit. Just a short trip from here is Ashlett Creek, another worthy visit in your trip around Fawley.
J. P.11th century Church, nice to look around, has links to Exbury and Tristan De Cuna but as a parish very traditional and has had it's problem recently but hopefully the new Vicar will improve things
