The best customer service out there. I work in retail too and these guys go far beyond what's expected, they respond to email out of hours even on a Sunday or they'll ring you again out of opening hours, nothing is too much trouble - really impressed, thank you.

This is without a doubt the number one DJ store in the UK, highly recommended! I ordered a beginner Numark Party Kit set which was priced quite well (175 GBP) considering what you got. Once the order was made I received a call only a few days after from one of the workers telling me that the order was ready to ship. To my surprise delivery came even earlier than expected. Talk about excellent AND efficient customer service. This transaction made the second UK lockdown extremely entertaining for me, although I may have received a few noise complaints. The entire DJ set was too good to leave in the UK and I am very glad that I brought it on the 9 hour journey with me back to Canada. Thanks once again guys, will recommend to anyone in the UK.

They have a good selection and are very helpful but they have no useful cables or converters to allow their stuff to be used with 3.5 mm audio equipment. It's 6.5 mm jacks or nothing. Sadly not the one stop shop for audio equipment I was hoping it would be.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. One of the only shops in the area stocking the item I needed. I didnt book an appointment for a demo of the piece of kit (Akai MPC X)- I just turned up and they set it up for me to have a play and left me to it. Wow....where do I start. I was browsing the Web looking for a decent DDJ controller. So many sites I visited were so expensive....until I stumbled upon this site called the DJ shop. I couldn't believe how much cheaper they were compared to the other sites I was browsing previously. So I made my order....only to realise the next day that I ordered the wrong DDJ controller. In a panic I tried calling but couldn't get through so I sent a email. I got a reply the same day from someone at the DJ shop named Dan. He was so helpful & guided me through what I had to do & got the right order on track. These guy's are utter professionals & their customer service is on a next level. You have a new lifetime customer in me....that's for sure. Keep doing what you're doing guys

Ordered a pioneer XDJ-XZ in March 2020 on pre order with the expectation set of the end of April delivery but due to COVID-19 the pioneer manufacturing plant was shut down and the delivery was delayed. The team at the DJ Shop were very helpful and understanding of my frustrations but kept me in the loop at every given moment. When the equipment arrived I was called to notify me it was being dispatched and would be with me within two working days at no extra cost. The kit itself is superb, really feels like you are playing on a £4,000 full nexus set up but all in one unit for over half the price. It hasn’t failed me yet and been playing on it constantly since end of June. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for any DJ equipment or accessories highly recommended.

Me and a mate payed a visit to these guys on Saturday 29th, I went in looking for a good solution to uprate the sound quality of my Facebook live streams when mixing etc. From the moment me and my mate stepped through the door we were greeted by the polite staff and made to feel welcome. After being shown a few different options within my budget I decided upon the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. After getting home and plugging it all in I couldn't be happier with the difference it has made to the sound quality. Once again thank you guys :)
