D. T.This church is a very impressive structure both internally and externally. The tombs inside have parallels with some of those inside York Minster and it is clear that the Fauconbergs and Wombwells (from the very close Newburgh Priory) have been benefactors here.
As is often the case, the church is open during the day and it is lovely look inside.
The external appearance has an odd octagonal tower which is not common at all.
