Rented 10 suits for my wedding. Definitely had them pestered with all my questions leading up to it and a few people flying in last minute for measurements. Suit quality and variety is really good. Couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Only improvements would be around the online services like live chat, which is understandable as they are so busy at this time of year

Came here to get myself and groomsmen fitted for suits for my wedding and the staff were extremely helpful, patient. The suits themselves fit absolutely incredibly and felt and looked amazing. They also offer a great choice of accessories to go along with your suit. Considering I ended up paying just over £1000 for 6 suit rentals and my own which I kept I actually think the price was great, again especially considering the quality of the suits and how great staff were. 100% will be back again.

Guys in the shop are amazing. Helped pick the best suit possible for my wedding day. With so many amazing suits and combinations to chose from it can be difficult to pick the one suit. Everyone in store is super helpful and nice. Freddie's definitely have the best selection and suit designs of any suit shop I have been to. Don't bother looking else where for a suit make Freddie's your number one choice.

My boyfriend and sister needed suits for a wedding and Henry at Freddie Hatchet couldn’t be more accommodating. Really nice atmosphere in the shop and a beautiful range of suits available. Prices were also extremely affordable for the amazing quality you get. Would 100% recommend if you need a suit for any occasion!

We are a wedding supplier and we see the guys from Freddie Hatchet at some of the wedding shows we do. We also see alot of other suppliers to. But, of all of those we see I chose to go to them to buy my own suit (which I picked up today). The stuff they do is outstanding and the service is second to none. These are decent gents providing a first class service and I can't rate them highly enough.

Hey rented 4 groomsmen tuxedo suits and bought my own wedding tux. All lovely looking tuxedos! We made a request to change from braces to waistcoats for my groomsmen over the phone to which we where told was no issue however upon collecting our rental suits there was no waistcoats allowed for. The day before our wedding we had to unfortunately go back and collect the waistcoats then on the wedding morning it was discovered buttons were missing on the waistcoats. In summary excellent sales service and the staff are very friendly and accommodating but not as good delivery/handover service. Just stating our experience. Big thanks again for providing us our suits on the day.

Freddie Hatchet's is the first place you should try when you're looking for a suit. They make modern cuts on classic designs for a really premium product. My suit was super comfortable but still straight and sharp. I thought they were very competitively priced and the customer service is fantastic. It's well worth the look.

Called into the shop for a second time, and this time I was dealt with by Adam I was getting fitted for a suit for a funeral and the Customer service by him was next to none got chatting to him a-bit and he found out my step brother had passed he was very sympathetic and acc give me a little discount , it’s things like these that makes Freddie hatchet so good … thanks Adam and once again thanks for helping me pick a wonderful looking suit top class every time .

Great selection of suits and good atmosphere about the shop when getting fitted. Henry went to all lengths to make sure we were sorted for the big day. I chose to have a fancier shirt for the groom with black buttons sown on by the guys, but unfortunately 3 buttons fell off on the wedding day, luckily two of them were at the bottom and the one that went on the chest we managed to sort with a sowning kit we had with us. Not ideal and could have left us in a bit of a mess for photos etc. Disappointing when the suits were so nice and well fitted

Purchased my suits yesterday and all I can say is that it was the exact experience that a fella should have getting kitted out for the big day! Great staff, great laughs, and a beverage or 2 in-between! Also congratulations to young Harry who made his first sale yesterday on the shop floor, who went above and beyond to assure I had what I needed. Can't recommend these guys enough. I have been in for both wedding suit rentals and a tux rental and both times they couldn't have done enough for me. Service is 2nd to none and you can even have a wee drink if you fancy it. Anyone needing a suit I know where I'll be sending them.

What an amazing shop and exceptional staff at Freddie Hatchet. After having a disappointing experience with Red suit hire in Belfast. We last minute called Freddie Hatchet with only 20 minutes until the shop closed we explained our experience with Red and with only a few days to our wedding we were stuck. The guy on the phone was so lovely and told us not to panic and come on down. When we arrived the experience we received was exceptional better than we could have ever expected. We were offered a drink as soon as we got through the door and told to relax and not panic they would get my fiancé sorted. They did not rush us and allowed us to take our time looking through the different suits. The collection of suits they have is stunning! The weight was lifted off our shoulders and we had an amazing experience which made it so much more special for my fiancé, the staff were so lovely and down to earth and chatted away to us throughout. They were so friendly and empathetic to our experience at red and really went above and beyond for us! My now husband looked amazing in his suit and we have told everyone we know to use Freddie Hatchet! You will not get an experience or service like it anywhere else in Belfast. We will definitely be using them for all of our future suit rental needs! Really can’t recommend them enough! Five stars isn’t enough!

We visited this lovely shop a few weekends ago to pick out the suits for our wedding! (It was easy to find & the Free Car parking was a bonus!) The Fantastic Team at Freddie Hatchet made the whole process super easy! All very friendly, helpful & professional. Highly Recommended. Lots of choice for suits, ties and shoes. Absolutely brilliant!! Called in last week to hire a few suits for my wedding in October.The staff were unbelievable and the quality of the suits I hired were top class. Visited the shop today and what a setup the place is. The guys couldn’t have done anything else to make us feel welcome. Adam went above and beyond to dress me how I wanted whilst still showing what a wide range of high quality fine tailored suits they have available. Absolutely delighted with the combination of the suits and accessories we picked. These guys are tailored to fit and when I mean this they deliver what you want. They have so many sizes and suit styles to fit your needs! Got my wedding party all sized and looking superb for the special day. Also got all the kids sorted looking well. The staff are so friendly and take time to make you happy and give you ideas for a better suit if you have no idea what would do you. They also have complimentary drinks there to make your day less stressful and more fun. Also have a private car park so you can get parked without getting a ticket like most suit places that are located with no parking. Good crack and at a great price range for there top class products! Hats off to them they are destined for a great business to grow and grow!

Staff here are really nice and helpful but I myself have had a bad experience where my order was lost and they had to make it all up again on the day of collection (luckily they had stock in my sizes spare) they did rectify it in the end and sincerely apologised for the mistake as well. I would still recommend them but just wanted to state my own experience.

Just back from a fantastic day out, went over to Belfast today to sort out a suit for my husband's 40th birthday party at the end of January. Got the early flight (easyjet) over from Glasgow, then jumped on the bus into Belfast. Done some Xmas shopping, went to the Christmas Market, visited a few of the local watering hole's then made our way to Freddie Hatchet. Jumped on the G1 glider in Belfast to take us right outside the shop (Templemore Avenue). Was welcomed by the owner Brian and his assistant Henry who were wonderful, made us feel very welcome and at ease, went over everything with us, what we were looking for, what colours/pattern we were looking for then showed us around the show room. Got to try on loads of different suit's from a 3 piece, to a Tuxedo, various styles and colours to try on together, wide variety of colours and styles to choose from. We had their full attention from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they couldn't be more helpful, they even gave me a light refreshment while waiting on Martyn trying on his suit's. It was like wedding dress shopping for men. The shop was very inviting and very relaxing, Brian and Henry couldn't be more helpful. We ended up leaving with a suit and hiring a Tuxedo even though we stay in Glasgow. They have made it so easy for us. Got the glider back into Belfast for dinner and some more drinkies before heading back to the airport for our flight home. All in all was a great wee day out in Belfast, some Christmas shopping, site seeing and got my hubby's 40th birthday present and outfit. Would highly recommend, even for us in Glasgow well worth a trip over. Thanks again for all your help, can't wait to get out delivery.
