Me and my friend went into this Calvin Klein inside the Mailbox today (the second day of opening since lockdown) and the two staff working in there were amazing!! We had a lovely conversation with both who helped us with sizing and recommendations which was super helpful considering we couldn’t try on the clothes due to covid-19 guidelines! Due to the help we received we actually ended up purchasing more than we expected. The shop was also immaculate. We’re not sure what their names were but hopefully they get the recognition they deserve as it’s possibly one of the best services i’ve had in a store. Have never faulted the service at this store as we’ve always had an amazing experience. The girls deserve a raise!

There's an old story that men above a certain age share. The 1 where they are shopping and they experience the equivalent of performance anxiety right there in the shop. Well a lot of staff in Birmingham are struck by someone who knows what they want and isn't in a hurry. At Calvin Klein in the Mailbox you are allowed to set your own pace, ask questions and be treated like a citizen of the brand and not a tourist. More proof that brand environments staffed by capable, articulate and energetic people beat hyper markets everyday. In every way.
