It was my first time shopping in Gucci, I wanted a new wallet, and was just about to walk off because I didn’t want to wait, then the lady said Excuse me sir is there something you want to look at, I replied no I want to buy a wallet. Job done, in and out, some people don’t like to wait why others just window shop. Top service. Thank you Gucci.

I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience today in Selfridges Birmingham on the Gucci jewellery stand. Many many thanks to Shminder and her wonderful team. They cleaned my jewellery that I had purchased from a different store and helped me find the perfect jewellery that suited me personally. Patrick was a lovely member of staff. He made sure that the belt I bought fit before I purchased it. We had a great conversation and when I go again I will make sure to ask for him!

Small store inside Selfridges on the top floor on the Bull Ring complex, the staff were excellent and made our choice of purchase much easier, store sells shoes, bags, purses, scarves, belts etc.

Selfridges is perched on the edge of the Bullring in the most curvy, gorgeous, intergalactic kind of building. It's really gorgeous, although it does need a bit of a dust. It's much, much smaller than the mothership on Oxford st, and you can't really compare the two. I was really impressed by the selection of quirky labels here - Whistles, Agent Provocateur, Sonia Rykiel.. The basement has all the stocking treats you need, like candy bracelets and old letterpress tube signs, with the takeaway stands (everything from doughnuts to sushi) cunningly located on the way out.
