S. M.Went their to find my prom dress and the only thing I'm really complaining about is that size of the shop is quite small. However everything else perfect customer service was perfect and perfect dresses. Quite expensive tho

M. G.The dresses they had to offer were beautiful and very unique. When I had arrived we discovered that I had got the date wrong and came a week early but the staff laughed it off and let me have an appointment anyways. They were very welcoming and so so lovely. I was able to find my dress and received lots of help. The staff were so catering and ensured to answer any questions (including about the correct size!). I really would recommend to get your prom dress from here :)
V. R.Welp I was meant to have prom 2020 but you know the story COVID 19 happened schools were cancelled and moved to online with events such as prom and graduation and results day cancelled or posted. Anyway I did come in to buy a dress in mid March and I did. I admit I do feel a little sad that I’m not going to be wearing it to prom the staff are very nice when I tried on 6+ dresses and helped answer questions. They were very helpful in helping me find the dress and help me with ideas with things like shoes. I honestly really liked my dress I even altered it a little and the staff and seamstress was very kind when pinning my dress. I did get my dress around mid June of course it prob was longer because of COVID but it was still before the prom date if it was still on. Anyway here a picture of the dress I got for an idea. Thank you lulu prom for helping me find this dress even tho I’m prob never wearing it.
A. A.It is a really nice place to shop for your prom and wedding dress, i went there recently to shop for my prom the dresses were amazing. It might be a little expensive but it is worth it
L. H.Had an amazing experience in this shop , staff were extremely friendly , the shop was very classy witch gorgeous decor, huge range of dresses , very patient , down to earth people to work with , can’t wait to go back and collect my dress! Would definitely recommend!
