Amazing customer service. They were very helpful with my initial order which I had to return because I had put on a bit of weight. The refund process was quick and easy and kept me in the loop until resolution. These guys really do go out of there way to help. Kam and Zak, we're fantastic....I needed a suit at very short notice and being a slightly larger build...nothing off the peg works...their service was superb, after trying on various suits they fast tracked a tailoring service (within a couple of hours) which removed all my anxiety....highly recommend, glad I found them will be using them again for sure in the future.

This place is absolutely outstanding!! Absolutely brilliant first class service. Kam and Zac went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, we had 5 suits to purchase for our wedding and honestly Kam and Zac knew what they we're doing they knew all the men's sizes just by looking at them, they sorted all the suits out adviced us and arranged all the alterations for us. Never did I think it would be so easy to purchase so many suit's. I have visited today Men's tweed suits, with my father, brother and 2 nephews to get a new wedding suits. Starting from a customer experience perspective it was outstanding, the guys were so friendly and very sociable. Not only that, they were so patient and professional. They listened to our needs and gave us advise of what will look best on each one of us. Which show how passionate they are about the job they do, not only selling but care for there customers. We left the shop and felt so comfortable and happy, that we have been looked after. We were total of 8 people ordered suits, 5 of us finished measurement and decision making within one hour. We ordered a full suit with a waist coat and a bow tie. I recommend to visit their web site and visit the shop to experience the friendly welcoming atmosphere. My experience with the people from Men’s Tweed Suits has been excellent. All of my purchases have been through the Coronavirus period and I can not fault the service. I initially purchased a 3-piece suit and a couple of waistcoats fro my best men. Due to stock availability these were sent in 2 separate shipments but I was kept up to date every step of the way. I then added the 2-piece suits to go with the waistcoats on an additional order. I wasn’t able to figure this out online but I called up and they were more than happy to help and helped me complete the purchase. Finally, one of the jackets needed to be exchanged for a larger size, I called up as soon as I knew and was told what I needed to do. I have posted the jacket back and have been told the larger one will be posted out as soon as they receive it. Delivery has been using DPD and I have no issues with this. As I said, this whole experience has been during lockdown and the Men’s Tweed Suits team have been excellent and made the whole process very easy. 10/10...would recommend.

Very very happy customer here. Recently purchased a hat and dicky bow to wear with my suit. The quality is fantastic. I had a little delay in receiving, nothing to do with the company, the postal service as per lol . In fact guys, Zac in particular went above and beyond in their quest to make everything perfect for me, even sending me a free hat. On the arrival of the hats, they were too big, I'd ordered extra large like I always tend to,apparently my head isn't that big :-). I first contacted MensTweed Suits in Birmingham by phone when I had been let down by another firm. When I mentioned my situation I was told come straight down and we will sort you out straight away. On arrival me and my wife were met with a friendly welcome by Zac and Kam and Tony. I felt very comfortable in the knowledge they showed about the products they sold. Nothing was to much trouble to them and I tried on several styles and sizes of different suits until we settled on something I really liked. I was asked did I want the suit sent to my house to try on once it was ready or did I want to come back to the company, I decided to go back and try the suit again at the start of March to see if any alterations are needed. You will not go wrong in buying a suit from this company either online or directly. 5 star service 👍👍👍👍👍

We are from Newcastle, but we travelled up after being offered a very good deal due to the Amount of suits I purchased, I dealt with a Staff member called Tony via email, and Communication was spot he replied within a A few hours everytime I contacted him. I wasn't sure what to expect when you read some of the reviews, but like my best man pointed out this will be competitors also putting each other down. All I can say from my part is, "WHAT A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS". we travelled up, took around 3 hours, they we're clearly experienced in there job as they tailored each one of us. They even recommended an Indian restaurant to us which was open through the day and it was perfect. The Mark Darcy suits arrived today so took around 10-12 days to come. Would 100% use these guys again and my brother who was equally impressed is going to use them for his wedding.
