Wanted to pop on here & type a review for a friendly woman by the name of Nat/Natalia. I think she’s the manager, but not sure. These boots were misplaced at a sale section & when I had told her about this at the cashier she told me that the shoes shouldn’t have been there, but still gave me that 25% off even though it wasn’t on sale, which was so lovely of her. Anyways, she’s so friendly & super kind. Best worker there, gets along with me so well. Has complimented me many times aswell and has good communication skills towards customers. I rarely experience this bond with any workers in general, she really stands out from all the workers out there. I have such a good impression of her. Best worker at Newlook honestly & so helpful too, bless her. Wish her nothing, but happiness and success. Such a sweet woman she is.

I came in the hope that this branch had some Tall stock, but if it did, I certainly didn't find it. Lots of sale stock upstairs if you are willing to wade through it, it's disorganised. I did find a pair of wide fitting boots to buy in the sale. Are they shutting this one down, is that why it is seeming unloved compared to how it was 5yrs ago?

Good location, close to New St station. Wide selection of cloths, but mens section has a pretty limited choice. Loads of room to walk round between racks, a rarity these days. Plenty of changeing rooms. Surprisingly quiet for a city store, staff friendly and helpful.

I'll walk the extra few minutes to this store rather than go to the Bullring branch! Tidy, spacious, happy staff, clean fitting rooms, it's an all round better experience. Even the sale has an element of organisation to it. Keep it up Corporation Street team!

Great shop. Shoe heaven - amazing! Styles are modern and easy to get to. Usually able to find what I want quickly and staff are helpful too. Click and collect is available here. No parking outside as it on Corporate Street. Tram stops outside and New Street station is 2 mins walk. Car parks would be Bull Ring/Selfridges

For the type of clothing in offer I think New Look has become quite expensive. Staff and store are pleasant. Just would rather go to a higher end store to justify the price.

This store is not as good as it used to be I wish they would put the opening hours back to 9 in the morning some people like to go in before they start work I know it's been 10oclock for a long time, you can go into next at 9 so why would you bother to wait until 10 when you can get all you need in next all people think about is students no wonder it's going down hill and the staff are a lot more friendly you need anything nothing is to much trouble and you don't wait in big queues either.

So New Look is always a good place to for me to buy clothes and yes they have lots of choice however they have very few staff and it's rather messy (both New Looks in Birmingham town center) and it's disappointing.
