Phenomenal, the customer service is amazing, the team really listens to your likes and dislikes and incorporates their own professional expertise. The team is very hands on and are extremely kind. I ordered 4 pieces from them and the workers paid key attention to detail and were very affordable. Stumbled across this hidden gem whilst traipsing Stafford Road and it didn't disappoint, from general customer service when entering and not a fault when dealing with multiple of us getting the same outfit bespokely made, the clothes were given on time and the quality didn't disappoint. Updates given too which helped with post covid life.
