M. A.Best place to find your perfect dress. The staff here is very nice and cooperative. I bought my beautiful wedding dress from Zarkans boutique. Highly recommend starting your search with the lovely people who work there. They listen to what you are looking for and make personalised suggestions. Felt very comfortable trying on the dresses with them, and so in love with my dress!

K.I can’t begin to express the how great the customer service was at Zarkans for me and how satisfied i was with my purchase. zarkans were able to meet my budget with no hesitation also with so much respect and understanding. I felt valued as a customer and that is something that is very rare in finding when shopping in Asian clothing industries. I was very limited in time too so was extremely happy i discovered Zarkans . I would also like to add that the selection Zarkans has got to offer is mind blowing, they have unique pieces that also provide quality and worth your money. They have not only gone the extra mile reasoning with prices but also took an order for a matching outfit for my daughter on short notice which other shops would not be willing to do in many cases. The staff are extremely welcoming and really made the fitting process for my daughter easy. I find it really sweet that they gave her a crisp from the back to distract her. Not forgetting how one of the managers went out to get me and my cousin water when we needed a drink. Thank you Zarkans ❤️ Keep up the good work and here is to many more shopping events with you.

Got it custom made for me and had it all ready in time, helped me with the jewellery to pair it perfectly. Everyone in the boutique is lovely and so helpful, would definitely recommend and come back again! They had an amazing bridal selection also, outfits to suit any type of event.

They made my Nikkah outfit absolutely stunning and did not let me leave until I was happy! I also got my Mehndi outfit made a year later and could not fault them. Their customer service is immaculate and the workers and owner is very welcoming. Brought my mother in law here also for her outfit and I recommend everyone to go to them. The only shop in Birmingham that does the best Pakistani style outfits and can make anything you want just by a picture. Prices, customer service, detailing everything 10/10!

This is the place for you if you want the most amazing costumer service and ofcourse the most beautiful outfit for your big day! Zarkans Boutique did nothing but provide us with exactly what we wanted, like the budget, any adjustments needed to made to my sisters wedding outfit and the members of staff were super polite at all times, in every situation which is really important. They were so patient and understanding. Since the outfit was so heavy the lovely staff member even carried the dress to the car which was so nice of him. I couldn’t thank you all enough, my sister is super happy with her dress! It came out exactly her she wanted it, with the sizing, colours and style. The quality feels so luxury too, it literally came out perfect Alhamdulillah. Will definitely be coming here for when it’s my time inshallah!

From the onset of walking into this shop to ordering the outfit and the final fitting it has been the most amazing experience. Raees and his staff give you one to one attention and time and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The outfit is amazing and just like the sample we saw in the shop.
The jewellery is unique and you won't find anything on Alum Rock Road, Stratford Road or Green Street like it!!! This boutique is a little gem so if you are looking for that special piece of jewellery to compliment your outfit check this place out you will not regret it

Following on from this original post, yesterday was my daughters wedding day and the outfit looked amazing. The amount of compliments she got about the outfit were insane. The outfit literally sparked. It was beautifully made and made her day extra special. Thanks again raees we will be back in sha allah
I. N.Zarkans was the first shop myself and the family visited for my bridal wear which mesmerised us. From the royal look and feel to the shop as you walked in to the high standard of bridal wear and dresses mashallah. Raees and Awais went out of their way to ensure I got the dress of my dreams and believe it or not the first dress I tried on was the one! Alhamdulillah. From beginning to the final touches both delivered. trying to keep us entertained with food, chats and making us feel like home when coming into the shop. We will forever remember from the bottom of our hearts.
Raees was on the end of the call throughout the process and delivered in such a short space of time! He helped with the theme and what colours to match with the rest. After receiving such exceptional service my family ended up purchasing more dresses and also jewellery from Zarkans!
