This is my first time using this organisation and I was satisfied with their service. This was suitable for me as I am working and would not be able to drop clothes at shops, so having someone picking up the clothes was convenient. Thank you for this free service and would like to donate again.

Great service especially in a lockdown environment. I filled in the online form, rang the office to check my form was received a very helpful lady gave me the pickup date, even offered a call back on pickup day an hour before pickup because I was worried in case it rained . That was on the Monday by Friday I was having my 13 bags collected I nominated Alder Hey. Oh I will so use this company again. Nothing but praise for them.

I Have used this service on a couple of occasions and have found from booking the collection to pick up on the date arranged to be outstanding! The staff in the office and drivers are professional and extremely helpful. Pickup was arranged very quickly and I could select the charity I wanted my donation to go to. The driver rang prior to picking up to let me know when he'd be here. Very professional. Being disabled I cant travel out so this was a great option to allow me to donate my clothes etc.
