We loved the atmosphere here , although we didn't get the build a bear frog , this time an alternative bunny was found, love the disability accessories which was an added bonus and really special touch. They even had little face masks so very in with the times. Staff are so sweet kind helpful, and we're patient while we dressed and named the newly adopted Rabbit.😀👌💯 The the place to go for a special gift that leaves you feeling excited and happy.

Love this shop and the clothes however guy on the till was so rude!!! He was a young Asian male (probably early 20s) with a slit in his eyebrow I believe. Didn’t say hello or goodbye, no please or thank you or any conversation at all. Didn’t even smile! All he said was “do you wanna bag” very rude. Doesn’t hurt to be nice to your customers

I just needed to give a shout-out to the absolute kween who served me when I came in store the other day! I didn’t get his name but I’m sure he’ll already be known as a star! Blonde, glasses, icon. Made my rainy day a lot brighter, and gave me my new catch phrase for when people tell me to have a nice day, I will try! Love love love

Sadly I'm a little old for most of the clothes at Bershka. They had some gorgeous items in pastel colours. I did buy a pair of trousers in a peppermint green and the chap serving was delightful, so cheerful and enthusiastic. Nice to have such fantastic customer service.

I bought a few tops from this exact store and they had such a big variety of sizes I was surprised to say the least. Fashionwise it may not all be my style, but I feel like the few things that were, was so bomb the rest didn't actually matter.

Really nice store. Good styles and reasonable prices. Can always find something here, even if it is to wear once. The store is a little bit small for mens wear and ok for womans. Store is always organised and tidy. Sometimes the staff can be a bit abrupt when serving which is the only thing which lets it down.
