O.Really friendly and helpful staff my friend and I were served by a lovely lady with black hair and tattoos she was really friendly explained all the sizes and was so helpful she went and got me the smaller size in a top I tried on and ended up buying! If I wasn't trying to save money I would have bought so much more and I hope to in the future!!!

Had such a lovely shopping experience on Saturday. Such helpful staff (lady in headscarf) and nothing was too much trouble - up and down 2 flights of stairs to get different sizes.
So pleased I found the downstairs changing rooms - I thought there was only that one on the ground floor!
Also such a pleasure to shop somewhere that plays decent music!
Can wait to return and buy more of their lovely clothes.

L.Fab range of women's clothes (though not for me really), a few men's clothes. Lovely staff members, clean shop. Nice comfy chair in the shop if you're like me, who had someone I was with go in and I had no interest in womens clothes 😅

Great layout so easy to browse as there is space to move around without getting in anyone's way.
Great stock, especially sale! I actually benefitted from finding my size in an item that was out of stock online so grateful stock is reserved for in store purchases!
And lastly, such lovely staff. We arrived fairly late in the day so managed to make it through the door but even as closing time approached, we were not hurried in any way. In fact it was only after we paid that I realised the doors had been locked and the staff were simply waiting for us to leave before finishing their shift. So thank you for giving us time to browse and buy and not rushing us. Thank you for being kind to my girls at their first Collectif experience too! They were in their element at all the beautiful clothes but the experience was made all the better thanks to the excellent customer service! We're all looking forward to the next opportunity to visit again!
Face masks required upon entry. Changing rooms currently closed but this is all in line with recommendations so grab a mask and know your size (all sizing guides online for each brand).
S. S.Took the wife to buy some dresses, nice store with friendly staff (one looked a little grumpy but we all have bad days).
Nice changing rooms with plenty of space to demo (guys are allowed - other stores can restrict men in ladies changing areas)
Marked down 1 star as range was a little limited compared to online.
J. P.One of my favourite shops! I love the 50s & 60s style clothing & there is often a sale at Collectif so you can buy some great clothes at brilliant prices. The staff in the shop are very helpful & nothing is too much trouble.

R. L.Lovely little shop for the area. Be aware you may be stuck in here for hours looking at all the lovely things. I came away with two scarfs, some decorations, a card, wrapping paper and a jumper. I had to stop myself buying a vase and a skirt on top. I only came in to waste time when my boyfriend got a trim! The staff are also always lovely.

This shop was very busy however there was lots and lots of stock to look at they had plenty of space downstairs to try on clothes and had a fabulous shoe selection upstairs. I would highly recommend a visit to this collective if you're near Brighton fantastic retro clothing really good quality and great price sales.
