E. F.Amazing quality clothes! So soft and stylish. Lovely friendly staff and nice mixed changing area so I could get my boyfriend's opinion easier. Love how the shop is decorated. Would go there all the time if I lived there!!!

K. S.Small Asian girl. Knows BSL and can communicate exactly what I want and felt welcomed. I have struggled as a deaf person having the customer service in the past. I always feel as I'm being watched and not listened to. I have now pop back frequently for this amazing customer service and think superdry in Brighton is incredible. Friendly staff. And in all shops I been to in my life never felt so valued. Encouragement to know or learn other languages for inclusivity is incredible.

A. I.The blond girl with glasses who served me today in downstairs department was very attentive and helpful. She is a real asset to this shop!
She provided me with the best service I could wish for and she made my shopping very enjoyable.
She went beyond customer service by giving that a bit extra to help me finding what I was looking for. She completely understood my needs and didn’t hesitate to find out details in order to help me.
Superdry ( compering to other local sport shops ) never lets me down! :-)

L. M.Large, multi storey store. Hand sanitizer provided on entry and clear floor markings for ease of moving on their stairs. Unlike other Superdry stores I've visited, it wasn't too dark or too loud so shopping was pleasant!

A. G.Walked into this shop just to have a look around at what was currently in stock. First time being in this shop and it was extremely clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop itself was large, the girls section seemed to go on forever, compared to the guys. My boyfriend bought an extremely nice jacket which cost him £72 (this included student discount) it is similar to a coat he had before that was falling apart. He tested the coat out that evening when we went out for a meal and said that the coat was so much more comfortable and warmer than his previous £20 one from Peacocks. Would highly recommend visiting this store if you are around the Brighton area, and also trying out one of their jackets. We now both have Superdry jackets and are so nice for the winter time.

A. J.I can't say how much I love this store! I have about 3 coats from here. Infact from my beanie, gloves... Everything is from super dry! One more reason is their fantastic customer service! I went to enquire on my zipper that was faulty after using it for 10 months and they offered me a new coat!!!!! Omg !!! I love this store and will always be an ambassador for it

C.Albeit a bit expensive, it is the best place to get the best and most up to date fashion, and they do have a mix of superdry covered clothes to a range of smart, subtle wear. Especially love the Idris Elba collection. Staff are always friendly and helpful as well.

P. M.I had bought a hoodie online. Unfortunately it was danaged. I called the store and they said they would trade it in for me. Soon as I arrived the staff were there and willing to help. They looked at my return and said unfortunately they didn't have a replacement. They then went and searched the store just to be sure. Then they were fantastic in ordering me a new hoodie that I wanted and having it sent to my home address. I work in customer service and it is rare to come across such attentive and welcoming staff.
