The highest level of customer service I have ever seen. Choosing a suit and accessories was a pleasure.

Went in on Saturday. Nile and Mike the manager were great. Genuinely nice people. Felt at ease with them discussing styles. They weren't pushy at all. It was the first shop I went to for some trousers, shirt and shoes and I got it all there as they were spot on. It's nice to go somewhere and feel at ease within a sales environment. Nile in particular was able to inform me of how jackets can be ordered to my size. This had not been offered before. Mike arranged for trousers to be tailored to my exacting fit and even arranged for delivery to my address to save me the drive back. Just spot on!! This will be my go to place from now on!!

Nice product overall. Went in store today to buy a padded jacket. Walked round staff chatting. No one said hello, welcome or acknowledgement. As i walked out i looked back to see if the situation was the same. Yep... So i went to John Lewis and spent several hundred pounds there.
