After going to most of the stores in the mall that sell shirts, I came to this one - what a substantial difference in customer service, shirt quality and price. Will was very helpful in making sure I had the best look and shirt fit for both the funeral and my work as Master of Ceremonies. Made the experience much more enjoyable and worthwhile and the look we created was a winner! My partner and I would come here first again in a heartbeat - thanks Will, really appreciate your friendliness and quality service!

Excellent service received in store in Cribbs Causeway, ordering made to measure jacket for my husband. The jacket is great and arrived exactly on schedule; everything was very professionally dealt with by Nikita who is a great credit to the company - polite, knowledgeable and efficient!

I went in looking for a blazer and a shirt came out with three lovely shirts but they didn’t have a blazer in my size. However the kind man, managed to track one down for me and even offered to collect it in his own time from another store. Fantastic service!

“Extra mile service” - I recently rang up to try sort a suit for my friends wedding. As a groomsman it had to be a particular one but my size was out of stock online. Someone at this branch kindly offered to ring round all the other branches nationwide to try source me one in my size (despite being extremely busy in their first week back after lockdown). He stayed in regular touch with me and found the time to help me. The stock eventually came back online in the warehouse so I ordered online. But nonetheless I was very impressed with their commitment before this point to helping find one through other offline means. They recognised the importance since all the other groomsmen were relying on me to get sorted or we would have had to explore a Plan B. Superb service even in their most busiest of weeks!

Great and quality service with a wide variety of products. BUT the Google opening times were incorrect resulting a lengthy road trip to be left rather disappointed after turning after 4 minutes after closing ONLY to pick up an order.

The service was good. I hired a lounge suit with waistcoat etc. My only criticism would be they only have slim fit or tailored in the hire range. I got around this by choosing a suit a size too big

The gentleman who helped me was pleasant, he measured me and got a perfectly fitting suit for me. They did appear to be slightly understaffed as I was definitely not the only person he was dealing with had a tendancy to dart off somewhere, not always a bad thing when trying on suits bit it didn't feel 'special'.
