Sales assistants are really helpful and friendly! I am not a regular customer of Lipsy, however bought some dresses and tops there before and the quality was okay. This summer I bought there discounted dress (the shape of which was truly amazing, design was gorgeous), but the way it was done was not acceptable. After wearing it once for 4 hours it was ripped off (taking into account the dress was a bit big than I am) on back and hips. I paid by cash and did not leave my receipt, however after a talk with two sales assistants there, they were UNBELIEVABLY kind to accept my request of looking through cameras/tills that this dress was purchased there. It took 3 minutes! I did not even have to wait. The price for the dress was refunded. I could not imagine anything better than this sort of final. Thank you very much!

Always love Lipsy, no matter the location and yet again the staff were lovely, really helpful even though I was panic buying a dress for my birthday meal later on that day.

Quite a small shop but set out nicely . Always have great dresses. They are quite expensive.
