This shop is absolutely amazing ! It has everything anybody could ask for ! Really friendly staff that make you feel welcome and jot at all uncomfortable, very non judgemental and relaxed. If you are nervous the staff even offer cups of tea! Brilliant prices and fantastic quality items! One million percent worth the visit ! I will never shop anywhere else !

Never a bad experience here! I normally hate going to public places to exercise. But passion makes me feel welcomed, we get the room for £5. So cheap!! And they are always friendly and accommodating. Defiantly recommend anyone wanting to try pole go to passion!! Their equipment is top of the range and its a spacious place!! You will not be disappointed!!! :) Oh and the shop its self has an amazing range , ann summers has nothing on it!

I have been here twice now for some spicy things for my girlfriend :). The staff here are absolutely lovely and are really knowledgeable about the products. I always feel welcome and at ease while browsing - very refreshing as it is hard to go to this kind of shop and not blush. It is now my go to place for extra special gifts for the other half.

Love the new location, more space and choice! Also a nice small waiting room when you enter the shop and an easy to get location by bus.

This is my mums shop where I used to work , before moving to Australia. I haven't come across any adult stores offering such a diverse product range. People always seem to love our friendly and open attitude. There's no judgement made in this store. Personal shopping at its best!

As in regards to the review placed by the customer with the dog, I have known the owner for quite some time. I dont know if you noticed the floor, it Laminated ... what happens if its wet it becomes a slip hazard. I agree with the owner in respect of her actions. She has a Duty of Care to her customers and thier safety, say for instance another customer walked in and slipped and tripped and broke a bone.... would the customer who walked in with a wet dog that created the incident would you accept liability for it? I think the answer would be no and you would of shifted the blame to the owner. Also the owner works very hard to keep her business running and therefore if stock was to be damaged by water by your dog which you did not have the decency to ask if you could bring your perfect little dog in, I think that is a total disrespect to the owner and the investment that she has put in. I would like to emphasise on the Duty of Care and the best interest of her customers and by you going in with a wet dog created a potential risk/harm to others. Maybe the last with the wet dog should take a look at the wider picture, we live in a blame culture society these days and the owner could of potentially been sued for something that was not her fault.

Huge selection in a big shop with everything you could imagine and more. Prices are reasonable and it's a friendly service that made me feel comfortable. The herbals are well worth the money.
