M. S.Bought a pair of shoes here yesterday, and had an amazing experience with the the staff.
They were all absolutely lovely, I have honestly never met such wonderful people, were all wonderful to talk to.
I passed my theory the same day and they all applauded for me, never felt so appreciated. I will definitely go back just for the staff, Only thing is I never got all their names.

R. 1.Vans store Cardiff was a very pleasant shopping experience for me my wife and my daughter, the staff where fantastic especially Matt who was very helpful and made my daughter feel very comfortable when picking out and trying on her new shoes, top guy for sure.
A. T.The manager at this store is awesome, I had an issue with my vans that I had owned for 4 months or so when I asked about the issue he was quick to help and offered Me to choose anything in the shop up to the value of the them. So I got a exchange and also bought a 2nd pair.
Note to vans. Whatever your paying this guy give him a pay raise! He knows his vans and his customer service is excellent.
