Would def recommend if you are looking for a prom dress. Actually we already have to friends who also got theirs there. A huge collection of gorgeous dresses. The ladies were very patient and helpful especially when we were a bit indecisive. Communication was good too. Just collected my daughters and the service was great and the dress is beautiful!

After a recommendation we came to look for my daughters prom dress. We arrived early and were invited to start looking at the dresses and pick out the ones she wanted to try on. We were left to look around at our leisure and then were taken into a large changing room. After trying on a few dresses my daughter chose the first one she tried on. The shop was extremely busy but All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We were even able to bring the dress away with us! Would definitely recommend. P.s lots of parking too. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable x

The dresses are very nice and we were made to feel really good whilst there. Contrary to other reviews none of the ladies we dealt with were pushy, they gave their advice and help with colours and styles, but when my daughter wasn't feeling it and didn't find anything, they accepted this and made no pushy attempts like some of the other reviews have stated. Thanks for your help. Even though we didn't find a dress there is deffinately plenty to choose from.

I visited Jeneveve hoping to find a dress for my prom 2020 and i was so impressed. As soon as i arrived i was greeted by the lovely Abbie who helped me to pick out my dream dress. The store is beautiful and set out lovely, and you are made to feel so comfortable when trying on the dresses. There was such a wide selection of dresses all in different styles and colours suited for everyone. There was no pressure into buying the dress and all the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable which i was quite nervous about. Definitely recommend Jeneveve to anyone who is looking for their dream dress. I cant wait to wear mine to prom and feel amazing! Thank you Abbie and the rest of the team, I cant wait to see you soon! Wow, what an amazing place. So many prom dresses in all different styles and an array of colours. The service is excellent, one to one service with an assistant coming up with suggestions of dresses to try along with our selection. The assistant then helped my daughter try the dresses on and the choice was whittled down until the perfect dress was found.

I had an amazing experience at Jeneveve. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dresses were all gorgeous and the store was immaculate. I wasn’t sure on the style of dress but knew on colours I wanted to try so the staff assisted me to all the correct sections of dresses that may have interested me. I was never rushed or forced to try a dress I didn’t like. I found the perfect dress in this shop. Once ordered it was in within the expected time frame and I was able to collect soon after. I wore the dress to my prom and I received a ton of compliments. I even won Prom Queen and I truly believe that it was because my dress was so stunning and unique it impressed everyone. A very happy customer, would defo recommend.

Brilliant, friendly and affordable shop with great customer care. I was recently recommended this wonderful shop by a friend of mine. I decided to make the commute from Lowestoft with my daughter. On arrival we was greeted by a lovely young lady named Lauren. She was very accommodating and patient as my daughter has a slight learning disability. She tried on copious amounts of dresses but one stood out amongst them all for her. An adorable reddish evening dress (we was actively looking for an evening dress for a Christmas ball) Lauren was very helpful with the purchase and trying on/sizes. We will definitely be purchasing from this shop next year for my daughters summer ball. Thank you, Rupert

My prom dress was brought from jeneveve and I can honestly say I'm so glad I didn't go anywhere else. The dress got me so many compliments from everyone and even one of my teachers come over and told me i had her favourite dress of the night on. The people in the shop were lovely and very patient while I switched between some of the dresses 3 times trying to make up my mind. Deffinetly will recommend to anyone with prom next year
