After searching many clothes shops and struggling to find a simple pretty top that wasn't boxy or a dress that wasn't up to my navel I finally landed at New Look, pleasantly surprised came out with a lovely little white summer top and a pretty dress and also received 20% off at the tills. Clothes range ages to suit all. And OK it's not designer but beats some of the well known shops.

I’ve shopped at this new look for years but the last few times I had visited this store I have been blown away with exceptional customer service provided by a lady working there called Rachel. Rachel is very personable, happy to help and nothing is to much. She makes visiting the store so much more enjoyable!! She is an absolute credit to the store and I hope this gets recognised if it hasn’t been already.

Plus size selection at most new looks is shocking. At least in this one you can get your basics, such as jeans and tops. But still it's a tiny little section at the back of the shop. Staff are good, knowledgeable and likeable!

I purchased a few items Fri 26th Jan. I was very impressed with the young lady that served me. She was so friendly, taking time asking if I was having a good day. I'd been to the gym the night before and I'd noticed how the staff and members didn't actually speak or make eye contact ! We tend to live in a silo, insular world now day's. The young lady who served me, made my day's shopping brighter. Thank you.

Lots of fashionable clothes from which to choose at reasonable prices. The person I was with bought a fantastic jacket that was good quality and a great price. There was only one functioning changing cubicle in the men's department (one was full of clothes; the other, disabled cubicle, was full of racks and coat hangers and the door had been secured so it couldn't be opened).

Now, this is a good shop and I didn't know till recently that they did men's clothing. But, why oh why is it so hot in this store? I was seating my nuts off just standing still. Why? Why do they need it so hot?
