It feels like whatever leftover stock other branches don't manage to sell, ends up in here. Poorly stocked shop comparing to other Primarks, odd items in odd sizes, lacks basic products and for items to be tidy and in order.

This place is good, the queues are always big but go down really quickly. My issue with this Primark is there is only one lift and I Always seem to spend more time in it than actually shopping. Because so many people are calling it you usually have to go up and down 3 or four times before you actually get to the floor you need. 😂

Great selection of Disney Stitch products, including Christmas selection. All at a reasonable price. When they saw I had my daughter in a wheelchair they were kind enough to open the end till so that we weren't blocking the way The Negative is that there is only 1 lift, and it is a nightmare to get up and down because so many people need to use it

Well placed shop with some pretty good deals. However some stocks had run out in large sizes which is always par for the course. Did not have certain items in large sizes and colors that are popular. The staff I found were quite helpful although not outstanding. 5 stars is for exceptional 4 is for good 3 is for adequate but could be better. So on this occasion I considered fair to be the right call.

Great shop lots of variety queues a massive problem at the moment with only two or three staff serving at the tills on each floor. Some staff are happy to help while others wont go and check if there is different sizes in there stock room.

This primark is definitely in need of some updating, and maybe a bigger location!! Having recently visited the Nottingham one which is bigger, more modern, and has a much better lay out (makes more sense) , I'm not sure if I will return to the Derby store. You can see they are trying to make the flow of the store better but I think the location is the issue. Also, 1 lift and the kids wear on the top floor? It can be carnage when the shop is busy

Nice store , well marked out at ground floor , informing the customer , what section is on what floor , there is a ground floor ,. 1st floor , and a 2nd floor for men , the ground floor and 1st floor is mainly women's and home , escalator to the floors , and I believe a lift too , overall a nice large store

There is someone on each entrance to ensure masks are worn. Me and my granddaughter went about 10.45 and the shop wasn't over busy. Plenty and distancing between other shoppers. Only 2 people ahead of us in queue to pay. Goid choice of clothing. No changing rooms can be used yet.

Fabulous store with great stock. Excellent customer service from staff who are working under very difficult circumstances due to coronovirus. Staff not helpful at all when asked if they sold cycleing shorts there reply " I don't know " very helpful not. The Lady behind the till her attitude was appalling very rude I felt uncomfortable couldn't wait to leave. If you dont have what it takes for provide good customer service that place isn't for you

Visited the Derby City store. Disappointed with the range of clothes in women's wear. Very much aimed at the younger market. T shirt material on some items was thin and poorquality. Stock left on the floor on ground floor dept and poor choice of shoes compared to other stores-lots of empty space. Dresses crammed into a corner position of the store making it difficult to navigate the rails along with the sale items. Long queues for the tills. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Fantastic service, the customer lift is out of use though so unless you can find a colleague it is difficult to use the service lift. They have disabled accessible tills which prevents waiting in the queue. Just wait by the till with the wheelchair sign and they will serve you quickly.

I've not been to Primark for quite awhile and shan't be going again anytime soon as i was absolutely shocked at the clothes in Primak...the sizes are wrong I'm a 12 but had to buy a size 16 T-shirt....and some of the styles..well I wouldn't be seen dead in them....and what is it with all these 2x extra small...size 4...the average female is size 10,14,16...but your lucky to get any of those sizes ...

This has alot of choices for women and is definitely worth a look if your a woman. However as a man I have a very limited amount of clothing in store for me. However what I do get is good quality. I got a lovely pair of jeans for £12 I think and comparing them to my gap £40 ones you can't really tell that there is any difference.

It's okay, it can feel a bit like a jumble sale sometimes with clothes mixed up, not in any particular order or in the wrong place. Good for the basics but don't expect built to last high quality items. It very much follows the latest fashion trends. It's a large shop, over three floors. There's a lift and escalator as well as fitting rooms and pay here tills on each floor.

Great shop if your looking for nice and cheap clothes. Good variety of item and cheap. They do home items, shoes, children's, men's and women's. Large variety of shoes at a cheap price and some of the home stuff is really nice. They do nice cheap candles which smell lovely!!

Used to go here back in my day, my ex swore by the place, many a weekend i'd be picking up any quirky item. Then after a mid life crisis and figuring out how the washing machine works, I decided to buy branded stuff instead, that did not shrink in the wash. For what they are they are great, not my cuppa now but a lot of people still some nice items.

Typical Primark experience. Went in looking for something I'd seen online and they didn't have it. Clothes are okay quality, you get what you pay for. Very much into following the current trends but there are also wardrobe or work staples available all year round. If possible try to avoid it at the weekends as it's bedlam and you won't find anything you're looking for and will just end up leaving in despair anyway. Staff are always helpful however despite working in such a madhouse. Nice to wander round and pick up some essentials on quiet days.

Some Primarks just feel like a jumble sale when you walk in this does not. If you're a canny shopper it is possible to come out with a real bargain, there's a lot of stuff in there which maybe isn't so good but you can't argue at those prices. Every now and again though there's some good stuff at great prices, just give it a look and you may get surprised.

Clothing is quite mediocre and I struggle to find any quality business casual wear. I usually find getting clothes here a hit and miss(usually the miss) but they're cheap and I have found some pretty decent stuff and found a nice jacket for a pound, pretty happy with that. Great place to shop if you are looking for fashion items at a cheap price. Primark caters for all the family also sells some household goods. Stack them high sell them cheap seems to be the way things here. Always busy and can be quite messy but the prices more than make up for this. Only one customer lift in the store which is usually busy therefore you can be waiting sometime for it. Lift required to go up in the store for children's wear or if requiring a refund.

It's Primark. Loads of clothes of good price. This shop has three levels. Ground floor - ladies, first - men/ladies underwear and the third is kids clothes and some home stuff. Sometimes it needs more staff to keep it clean but usually it's OK.

Why can't I buy a T-shirt without holes or bits missing in all the unpleasant areas or pockets for that matter. It's a shame I have to go up to the men's when I need a "normal" T-shirt. The guys have a much better selection and choice. All in all women's clothes suck half the time and when you want your size all that's left is what I call the Asian sizes 6s & 8s and I can't fit my black ass into an 8 for my life! Get more average sizes in more 10s,12s and 14s.

Great shop, my first visit to the Derby store. Friendly staff. I bought a selection of hair accessories. Over the yrs I have bought lots of hair accessories and they are always good quality. I bought a tie scarf for around my neck. Prices are creeping up though on something's. I felt this on some items as it use to be mega cheap. I don't buy the clothes now as I'm tallish and find the tops too short in length I like them hip length.

The shop is usually tidy, and most of the staff on the tills are kind. However when I was trying to return an unworn hoodie, a man in his twenties was bossing around a middle aged worker. Power gone to his head, a different colour lanyard and a fancy title doesn't mean you can disrespect coworkers especially in front of customers! This good for nothing man also insisted that because the hoodie was now on sale, I couldn't get the full paid price back, which is a load of rubbish. I paid £10, and got £5 back, even with a receipt!

An okay range of clothing. Other primarks have better stock and more variety you find the odd good item of clothing at the derby primark. Customer service is not the best. Staff don't even bother to take your clothes off the hanger and fold it nicely in the bag. Just throw it in. Most of the staff look bored or anxious. You can tell they can't be bothered. Not great.

This Primani store is typical of the chain really. Cheap clothes that are mass produced and follow current enough fashion trends. As the clothes are so cheap you shouldn't expect anything of quality in here. They do however stock just about everything clothing related and even some homeware. During the weekends this place is a madhouse. Clothes thrown on the floor with people walking over them, staff running around trying to put the clothes back in the shelf. Avoid this place at the weekends. OK for cheap essentials but I wouldn't buy anything else.

Everyone knows what to expect from Primark clothes by now.. they are the standard youd expect affordable fashion. Only problems with this particular Primark store is that it's not very wheelchair/pushchair friendly. The gaps between clothing stands are very small and difficult to get around. There is only one customer lift and two staff lifts which is absurd because they're barely used (in the day time of service). I used to work there and the lifts were only really used in the morning when restocking before opening hours. I dont see why at least one of these cant be used during the day for customers as it's an absolute nightmare trying to get up and down with that one customer lift. I know many people that avoid shopping here just for this reason. Making it more accessible would surely only be a good thing for sales?

Very large primark you can get most stuff from here staff are friendly helpful, three floors so if the escalator is broken you'd best be ready to ascend the stairs. As you probably know the clothes are ok quality and priced reasonably the also have homeware and accessories. Decent sized fitting rooms and tills on each floor only thing is customer service is on the top floor which is a bit of a pain.

I love primark wherever it is.u ll find eveeything from big to small stuff and really cheap prices and not at all bad quality.my favorite is to go check the character shirts.they are fantastic. the only facility they need to add is customer toilets and nappy change area.as u do spend couple of hours to go through whoe stuff but it really gets unpleasant if your toddler needs a sudden nappy change and u have no such facility.

Located a short walk outside of the intu centre. If you aren't from Derby you'd need a little guidance. However it's the usual Primark. Has everything you need but at busy times you may need to dig for it. my only complaint is that the re-stocking of goods that arnt in your size is a little slow. Generally a good store and the service seems to he quicker than I have experienced in other towns.

Their sizes are a problem in the children's range. Eg: As an example, their sizes go for 5/6 and the 7/8. This is a problem because companies like "Pep & Co" do from 6/7 also (basically the same but sizes in between). Primary have been around a long time, as such they should have addressed this issue. It is a reason they lose so much money to rivals like Pep & Co. There you can get all required children's sizes.
