A totally fantastic experience ...Customer service was really exceptional.. My friend needed a suit he was measured ...and the manager helped us find the right size, and ordered online for instore delivery too. He was totally patient and not at all pushy. Overall a very good shopping trip and a happy customer going on a cruise suited and booted . Thank you!!!

Went here today 7th Jan after coming here last year for a suit for my partner. The younge guy in today was so helpful! I showd him a screen shot of what I was wanting for my partner he showed me the options bit he actually picked something out for us that we would have never picked but absoloutley loved it! Nothing seems to much trouble with all my question he was really helpful was expecting to spend a good 200/300 came out spending half that so even better ! The suits bought from here are always good quality too. Just need a mirror in the changing rooms though. But really do like the store and staff it's always clean To we will be back for wedding suit.

Very helpful staff, got what I wanted, seems like white shirts are in short supply at the moment, but that seems to be same at several places, one thing I was a bit unhappy with is no benches or chair in the changing room, would have been helpful when trying a suit on, but overall very happy

I went to the Doncaster store 18.02.2020 to get fitted out for a wedding and I was in the hands of Helen. She had so much product knowledge and attentiveness to detail and her " not pushy " attitude made me feel comfortable and her smile would bring in customers if her pic was on a billboard outside the store. Maybe on buses too. I recommend this store 10/10. Quality of materials 10/10.. Helen, well she's off the scale. I finished up with a 3 piece suit , shirt and shoes. I will shop at this store again. The woman who served me first was a absolute delight, helpful and knowledgeable. When I went back there was a arrogant uninterested bloke. I have spent thousands here over the years. The worst service from one member of staff has spoilt a otherwise great shop.

Not many sizes or styles in suit jackets available with shorter arm length which is a shame as theres lots of choice otherwise and quality looks great. Surely I'm not the only person with shorter arms 🤔
