Do not go to this shop with £1000 in your pocket! You WILL spend the lot. Absolutely love it , I'd even sack my day job off to work there!!

Fantastic customer service from all 3 members of staff I spoke to today and the guy who served me at the till was lovely and chatty I shop here regularly for my son's as I've never had a bad experience. I work in retail myself and customer service is important to comment on positively. Well done and keep it up!

Some of the best customer experience I've ever experienced. Ordered a cap online and it arrived not as expected, and after expressing my disappointment with it all, Paul at The Vault went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even with my personal circumstances making things a tad awkward for him. Absolute textbook five star customer service. Would thoroughly recommend. I'd order from them again in a heartbeat.

I never know what to get my adult nephews for Christmas birthdays etc just go in ask what's popular for their ages. Then I pick their favorite colour. Easy peasey

Staff are amazing and so attentive. Went in to try on a tracksuit amd they gave me everyhing I needed and were ready to do anything I needed them to do for me. I wish I had got the 2 mens names as they were amazing. 29/07/18
