Love primark so much, all of the clothes are really cheap but are still of a great quality. Last time I went here I was with a group of my friends and we bought some really cute matching outfits. All the staff are so friendly and help you if you need to find something. Love how cheap the products are, and also make you feel great about yourself as usually I would buy a medium sized top but got away with extra small from here 😂😂

I have been to so many different Primark stores around the UK but this store has to be the most tidy and cleanest Primark store. Lovely experience not having to step over lots of clothes or shoes just left by shoppers on the floor, thank you. Staff were very helpful and polite, when helping me look for items.

Staff are friendly. Good size shop, good to browse. Parking is busy and the store does not offer trolleys for shopping, again for people with disabilities and struggle with holding baskets, thus leading shop profit loss for the store as it's a quick in and out for me I'm afraid. Which is a shame!

I found this branch of primark particularly pleasant. In comparison to other branches, personally this was the most stress free primark shop I've shopped in. It wasn't ridiculously over crowded with customers. Staff plentiful, none standing around all busy tidying up clothing for display etc. The staff were all extremely helpful and had a smile on their face. Whom ever manages this store, does a superior job in my opinion. In other branches, staff have pushed past me to stock shelves, not allowing me to even look at the products. Which is rude I'd not expect that from the general public, let alone the staff responsible for customer service. Nothing like that in this store. I must point out one particular member of staff, Sarah, stood out as on more than one occasion, she found the last item in my size twice! I was rather impressed how important she took my request and did her best, took time and successfully got two items I'd have never got. Im truly grateful as Dunfermline primark is not particularly local. What a contrast in the attitude of staff. I don't mean to keep comparing this branch to others. However, it was like a whole new experience. It's not often I've left primark, not feeling harassed or stressed by rude people, primarily staff, which is even more disappointing. I'll certainly return to this branch without apprehension. I love the bargains primark has to offer, although I find myself reluctant to go into larger branches as it's felt like more hassle than what it was worth. It's overwhelming at times. There was little to no queue, great service at tills, not a huge amount of space to pack bags, however I bought several items! I imagine for the majority doing a normal shop that's suffice room. Well done Sarah, staf member, superb customer service. Exceeded requirements, really happy by her enthusiastic attitude and helpfulness to ensure I got my desired items.
