A massive thank you to Chris and Allan from Woven Durham for two beautiful suits, shoes and all the accessories to go with them. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Both were very personable, knowledgeable and their customer service is second to none. For any kind of event or occasion, I can’t recommend Woven highly enough!

Amazing service from start to finish! Would definitely recommend hiring suits from Woven. I live down south and wanted my Dad to have the same suit as the rest of the wedding party if possible. Unfortunately he wasn't able to travel down for fittings. I contacted Woven and explained the situation, Jess was fantastic and said if my Dad called they would sort everything out for him. My dad went for the fitting and unfortunately fainted the staff were fantastic looking after him. He ordered his suit and shoes and all the bits to go with it. He went back in to collect it and they felt the trousers were a little long so altered them while my dad had a coffee. They dressed him all up even with a pocket watch and took a photo so he could send it to me which was a lovely touch. Dad wanted to have a little break after the wedding and asked if he could return everything a week later and this was no issue at all. If we lived nearer we would have hired all the suits from here, the level of service was fantastic.

I placed an online order for a dress shirt. The shirt I wanted was sold out in my size but Woven staff (Jess) was able find it from their supplier. He confirmed my sizing since I was ordering long distance (UK>US) to avoid poor fit and need to return. The shirt was shipped within a week and fit was spot-on. Really appreciate the long distance service and attention to detail!

What a fantastic gentlemen outfitters. I needed to purchase various items while in Durham. The staff were all fantastic, attention to detail was excellent, and nothing was to much trouble. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality. Alterations done, and the rest ordered and will posted to my home address at no extra charge. Where do I begin, the customer service is impeccable, the quality of the clothing/garments is the best ive ever seen, the staff are very respectful, polite, knowledgeable and are quite a joy to conversate with; Along with that they give brilliant advice for paring colours and accessories. If you have the money (It is quite reasonably priced for the quality and service you receive as well I must add) I 100% recommend coming here for a suit or formal wear for any occasion, it will be well worth your money and I am glad a establishment of this high quality exists in the modern day as this sort of fashion is no longer as common. Many thanks to the staff here and once again I couldn't recommend it more and I will certainly be coming back here myself.

Tried the whole of north east for a wedding suit, came to woven on the off chance and they didnt fail to impress. The quality of the suits they offer are second to none, the fabric, the stitching, the inner lining… far better than the large chains who just want to produce quantity instead of quality. The store was well presented clean and organised. I dealt with chris who’s knowledge and service was second to none. Fantastic service! We have used Woven for years, the quality is very good and they have lots of selection. We first used Woven when selecting my sons prom suit, worth every penny he looked amazing and got so many comments about his three piece. The staff were very patient with us, helped us with different styles as well as selecting a few accessories which just finished the whole look off perfectly. Hubby cant wait to visit again soon as we have an up and coming wedding, we wont go anywhere else now.

I've been a Woven customer for years and I can't speak highly enough of them. Have recently purchased 3 Gabacci jumpers (Fab quality) and the personal touch of Chris & the team is second to none. From personally contacting me with a phone call to discuss delivery to delivering my order (local delivery free of charge). We recently found out that guests at our wedding must wear masks and Woven have specially made matching masks to match all of the men's suits to a high quality standard. Kieron was so helpful and friendly - responded instantly, offered suggestions and even managed to find the exact size we wanted in store even though it wasn't available online! Had a great shopping experience around May 2015. Staff were happy to offer me advice and when I asked "Why is that suit more expensive than that one?" they were more than happy to walk me through the details. When I'd chosen the style of suit I wanted they offered me a free alteration service. Overall very happy with the service and quality of the products. I doubt you could get this level of customer service outside of an independent shop and I couldn't find this kind of quality in the Newcastle Metro Centre or the Newcastle High St, except maybe in John Lewis. Outside of suits i've bought ties, pocket squares and other accessories that have all been top quality.

I came across Woven whilst having a weekend break last year. I have bought a couple of items from them, the last being a pair of Duca Del Cosma Trainers in Navy which are quite staggering in their quality it has to be said. Keiron was very helpful and the order was delivered quickly. A great shop if you want something different and remember, Buy cheap Pay Twice!

Great clothing good prices. I bought two complete outfits one tux and a more casual suit, shirts, shoes, ties the lot.
