Telephoned in advance to see if the products I required were in stock. Lovely assistant with an excellent telephone manner checked, confirmed they were and set aside for me. Picked them up shortly afterwards. Overall excellent customer service....and with a smile.

Two girls came to help me with my purchase, one was new, on training and I think a crossdresser threw her a bit, but she was great. Her colleague though, wow! She gave the beat customer service I've had in a while and gave a lot of good advice, would absolutely recommend, great staff.

Don’t know where to start. My friends booked PR Clair for my hen do. We ordered several items. The ones that arrived, arrived much later than promised. One of the pieces of clothing I ordered never arrived and I never got a refund. Chased Clair for 4 months. Ridiculous. Almost 5 months later Clair’s manager finally made the payment. That’s why I changed the review from 1 start ( initially) to 3.
