K. M.Friendly and helpful service. I went in thinking the cost would be too high (their clothes are pricey but they cover quite a wide range of different prices as well as styles) and that the service would be poor. But the young guy that helped me seemed to have plenty of time and patience as I tried on a variety of jackets!

Only criticism is inventory is lacking vs. other U.K stores (i.e., London) however, staff did explain they were still unpacking inventory.
