Came into the store with a wedding party looking to buy shirts. Despite it being a really busy afternoon Harvey and James dealt with us brilliantly, which must have been hard given the number of customers that they were juggling. They managed to get six of us sorted with shirts, all fitting perfectly and the groom was buzzing with this. 🐐

Lovely shirts very professional assistants helpful but the time I was in the 16/8 shirts were not a lot of I think they cater for the skinny persons they had a lot of slim fit shirts and there was a nice selection of them but I will go back again .

Love this store! I normally deal with James who is 10/10, but on this occasion I called 1 hour after closing time and still managed to speak with Ross the assistant manager, who like James was a 10/10. The team at this location seem to be very switched on from my experience, and they make it difficult to justify going elsewhere. Keep up the good work lads, it does make a difference, and should be duly noted by those above.

I really like this shop. I find their products very good and the price-quality ratio excellent in all price ranges I tried. Staff are polite and competent. Their frequent special offers for customers are very good value too: after purchasing a full outfit for my sun, I bought a Pologne, a casual shirt and three pairs of socks for about £15, saving about £50. Definitely recommended.

The slim fit shirts with semi-cutaway collar are my new go-to for office wear. Great customer service at this location. I got measured by one of the very approachable staff and she was kind enough to point out some differences in their shirts like type of cuff and type of collar which I probably wouldn't have noticed unless she said something.

I bought some shirts for my partner a couple of months ago. When we took the shirts home we noticed the white one had a black smudge/ mark on the sleeve. We kept meaning to take it back, but never did. I went back to the shop today, to buy a new shirt as I thought it is too late now to replace the marked one and we had lost the receipt. However, when I told the man at the till the reason why I was buying a new shirt, he was able to look up my receipt from last time, and exchanged my old shirt for a new one for free. Excellent customer service. Very pleased with that treatment.

My boy Andreas linked me and my mate up. We went in looking for just a shirt and end up leaving with multiple shirts, a suit and a smile on our faces. I feel like great customer service deserves recognition, so here's my experience: I recently graduated as a mature student after a few years working production floors, I needed a suit for graduation and (fingers crossed) future job interviews. Being a bit rough around the edges I felt a bit intimidated walking into formalwear shops like these. The assistant Harvey couldn'tve been more helpful, taking the time to understand what kind of material would suit me best and measured me for a shirt to try on with. He went further and offered me feedback on the fit and also advice on what colour ties would and wouldn't work for me. Will absolutely be back.
