C. L.The two ladies that gad been running this store on Saturday 5th March 2022 had been the best customer service agents any store could wish for. The service they both provided was top notch. They took the time to help and gave good advice. Even taking time to talk to a husband that didn’t enjoy Saturday shopping. Especially in a woman’s clothes store. I stay in Fife and would travel any time to this store. The ladies indeed gave great customer service. Thank you, will be back 😺
L. W.I shopped online and had a few items to return. I was in a bit of a panic as my husband took the items to work to return them once he’d finished but didn’t have my bank card and it was approaching the end of the returns window… perfect storm! I called the store and spoke with Beatrice who was beyond lovely. She had me calmed down in no time, assured me there’d be no issue re the bank card as returns are refunded automatically etc. The panic shot up again when she said the store would be closing early this evening due to the Bank Holiday BUT she then offered to keep the store open an extra few minutes if needed just to allow my husband to make the return. It’s customer service like this that will make people buy again and again. Beatrice, you’re a legend and a total credit to the store. Thank you.

a. a.Went in hoping for plain black trousers and again their short length would suit a 6 footer, don't understand this.
A. R.The Kat Von D style girl at Dundee was absolutely amazing and the best shopping experience I've had in my life. I spent over £200 in clothes and came back with new styles, skater skirts, pinafores, tops and different styles that I hadn't tried on myself and now love. A fantastic shop and much better with the brilliant staff they had.
M. L.First time in this shop, staff were so friendly. Lots of nice clothes, a bit pricey but good stuff. My only bug bear is the girl didn't take time to fold my purchases so I did it myself. Apart from that I will go back.
