Update! After communicating with this company it was realized that I had not purchased an item from this company. Customer service was friendly and thorough as they investigated my query but we still haven’t uncovered what prompted the request for a review when I hadn’t actually purchased anything. I absolutely LOVE their reversible cape however it didn’t come in the tartan plaid that I needed. I may purchase one anyway in the future!

Very proactive and helpful eBay seller, we managed notwithstanding the Royal Mail strike - albeit at an extra cost but so be it - to get the product to me within 24 hours of placing the order. This is very good if not excellent service!

Popped in to the Gaywood (Rutherglen) industrial unit. From the outside it is nothing to look at, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The product (in this case kilt hose, by House of Cheviot) is also excellent quality. Will certainly use them again.
