I've came a few times, bought only a few things. Staff are nice to talk to and are helpful with sizing/finding alternatives. I initially wanted to buy a "man bag"but the one I tried was giant. They helped and ordered in a smaller one. And with shoes I am a size 13 so had to get them ordered in for the larger size.

First time coming to the Gucci Store in Glasgow and just wanted to give a massive shout out to Jerome. Not only did he give such a lovely service, he was patient as there were points where we kept changing our minds about certain items but also, he really took an interest in us. We briefly mentioned we were engaged and he gave us a congratulations card which was so lovely. His service and advice was spot on!

Excellent customer service today from a lovely man (sorry I didn't get his name!). He was super helpful and suggested ltos of styles to fit what I wanted. Was also great at giving me some advice on a current bag I had thatd dtraoshsds gotten a bit eirn.

If you want to be treated like a rockstar, then shop in here. It feels like a unique tailored experience just for you, and not only will they break out the bubbly once they know you're dropping some serious cash, they treat all customers the same, even the person coming in to buy a pair of socks which I just love. I am sick of the snooty people that work in these types of environments and think they are special - these instagram influences have made it so bad these days.. people thinking they are entitled to something!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who ask if you need help but don't hound you. It's quite a small concession with only handbags and shoes (a few accessories too) hence 4 and not 5. Only ever had a good experience in this store.

Visited Gucci concessions within House Of Fraser for a Gucci trucker style cap for my son, they had a great selection to choose from inc limited edition we couldn’t find in Cruise. Staff extermely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very kind and professional (especially the guy who served us also spoke Italian, unfortunately after 2 years I don't remember his name :( It was the first time we saw the Gucci pencils and notebook as a gift to let a child spend time and shop in peace (usually in Italy no Gucci store offers these gifts for children). Really good I would return with all my heart. (Original) Bellissima esperienza. Molto gentili e professionali (sopratutto il ragazzo che ci ha servito parlava anche italiano, purtroppo dopo 2 anni non mi ricordo il suo nome :( È stata la prima volta che abbiamo visto le matite e il quaderno di Gucci regalato per fare passare del tempo ad un bambino e fare acquisti in tranquillità (solitamente in Italia nessun negozio Gucci mette a disposizione questi omaggio per bambini). Veramente bravi ci ritornerei con tutto il cuore.
