Very pleasant shop for its decoration and the way the collections are presented. I find the brand slightly overpriced for the design and quality levels though

Clothes are lovely, however my wife bought me a pair of denims & a shirt that didn't suit me. Over a month after buying them we eventually managed to return them to the shop where the staff were very pleasant & issued a fully refund. Can't ask for better customer service.

My daughter liked it in there, so good clothing range for youngsters with the goods feeling like they are made with decent quality, but that does come with a price (£65 for a standard hoody). Service was decent as well. Would go back.

If you have teenage children and you want to buy hem something that is quality and value for money but they will also think is brilliant go to JW Birmingham. The staff are superb, very friendly well mannered and help a stranded father who is a dinaseur with getting some thingfor there liitle darlings. Found th Deputy Manager extremely professional and it was a shopping pleasure.
